Great location close to town and good value. Very chill and nice people. The treehouse room was rustic but exactly what you would want it you’re coming here. The only notes I would make for planning purposes is that the rooms require a walk across a courtyard to the bathroom or showers. Not an issue for most clients coming to this town. Also, the bar across the street plays ridiculously loud music until 2am every night. The provided earplugs help but if you’re looking for a very quiet stay, maybe skip

We didn’t stay here but we came to the restaurant 4 times during our visit to Zipolite. The service is good, drinks are excellent with some solid specials, and the food too. Awesome breakfast, great guacamole, and the focaccia is to die for! Lovely view of the beach and comfy beach chairs. What’s not to love?

Very rustic place, ok if that's what you are looking for but I don't understand why is rated 4 stars hotel. No A.C. The restaurant is basically unexciting! They never have service, I don't know if at some point they had food and those reviews are old

Only came for dinner here. The pasta was very tasty but the portion was very small comparing to the price. The service was attentive but seemed robotic and kind of rushed. We only just finished our dessert and we're asked if we wanted to pay up. It was not like it was closing time or the place was full and they wanted the table for other guests. Also, if you wanna charge the prices like they do, the waiter should have his shirt buttoned up. The messages this place is sending is kind of mixed. It was not a bad experience, but seemed rather overpriced and amateurish.

Food is tasty but pasta for example is very small and expensive and the service staff, omg. When is it ok for the waiter to have his shirt un buttoned?????? And the girl, has no idea on service.

Music is blasting past midnight and you can't sleep even with the ear plugs they give you. Nearby bar is open until 2a and their bass lets you know that. Food is good and location to beach is good but don't expect to get any sleep at night
